This is an "information movie" that me and i few friends made this spring. This is a totally non-serious movie that we made just for fun and to see if we could put something together! There are a lot of typical swedish references that you probably wont get, but it was a lot of fun to make!
I really didn't think I would ever come back here, and I don't think anyone else did either! I've been thinking about de-bloging this site, and make it more of a portfolio! Posting artwork, films and stuff like that. Things that I do that I want to share, that I'm proud of! For instance this film: Back to the lab - Because we fucked up the first time

Okay so I've realized there is no use to promise to write or to say I'm sorry when I don't! So I'm just going to say that I'll write when I feel like it and that's that! There is a lot going on this summer so I guess I'll pop in with something atleast, before the summer is over! See ya! Me and my friend from Trollhättan when they came to visit me in Lysekil the other week
Favourite Book:
My absolute favorite book is a swedish book called "Vattenfolkets Land" (Land of the Waterfolk) by Eric Leijonhufvud. It's really hard to explain what this book is about, because it's a really long book and the plot changes a lot throughout the book. But I'll try: Remar is a normal teenage boy from the village Elby by The Water. He hasn't got very high ambitions others than finding a wife and getting an enjoyable job. One day the outcast Heydran comes to live with Remars family for a while. The two become very good friends and Heydran falls in love with Remars sister Lejel. Everything looks like it's falling into place. But they had forgotten about Levian, the enormous watersnake that haunts The Water. He feeds on the villagers when they don't expect it, and this time it was a loved one of Remars and Heydrans that was the victim. In blind anger they set out to find, and kill, Levian and change the lifes of themselves and oh so many others. Okay so I made it sound incredibly awful. It's not! If you can find it in any other language than Swedish, give it a try! It's the best book I've ever read! I have absoulutely nothing to write about since I have no school and no wi-fi so I do nothing all day every day. And I bet no one wants to read about me overusing various social medias. And I don't want to write about it so we're good on that one! Anyways, I'm thinking about doing one of those dull challenges just to keep things going here! Like a 30 days challenge or something. I'll probably do my own thing and write about what I like to write about, not these inspo thigys (Let's face it, I'm the least inspo person there is). I'll probably throw in the first one tonight!
Adios! Since I am the worst blogger ever, I'm going to do something I never thought I would. Random Facts About Me.
To my love
Your lips are like roses Thorny and withering Your eyes are like an icy lake Cold and rid of life Your hair is like sunshine Far to light and irritating my eyes Your skin is like silk And you really should get that checked Your body is like an hourglass Everything is getting further and further down Our love is like a sunny winters day Cold and everyone wants it to pass Send this to your loved one and you will be sure to have a better relationship instantly! It isn't easy. The life of a ginger. Especially in the summer. With the sun. Yesterday I spent about 10 hours outdoors in gazing sunlight. Not smart. And the fun thing is that the guy I was laying in the sun with is ginger too. We are now officially not just redheads. We are red. All over. The worst part is that I wore sunglasses. Look at it. LOOK AT IT AND FEEL MY PAIN. (Just gonna say that i have no makeup, haven't even brushed my hair, and I do actually have clothes on)
The day after Bernhoft we woke up at eight o'clock to clear the room and check out. We found a cozy coffeehouse where we had some breakfast, and it was de-lish! Then we roamed the city and just soaked in the sun and had a nice time! After a while we found a cozy little restaurant where we had lunch and a glass of wine. And then we went back to chilling in Copenhagen! We took a guided boattrip for an hour, which was really nice! Later, me and Linnea got our nails done, I don't have any pics of that though... But you get it! And then we took the train home! It was two of the most awesome days in my life! No doubt about it!
Sorry for being overly psyched but this ilefts the most epic thing I've done! I woke up at 6am to get things done before the train left at 8am. I was done 6.30. I'm really good at this whole timething. Anyways, the train left Trollhättan 8.07 for Gothenburg. Well in Gothenburg we had two hours before the train to Malmö left so we sat down at Espresso House and had some coffee. And then we left for Malmö! We had two hours there too so we ate our lunchpacks and talked a little to some nice guys who had this really cool way to advertise: After that we continued to Copenhagen where we tried to find our hotel which was literally like 20 meters from the station, and we still had trouble finding it... At the hotel we unpacked and put on makeup and stuff like that, and then it was time for.... BERNHOFT!! We stood in line for two hours and it was totally worth it! He was awesome!!!! I cant upload vids so pics will have to do! Best. Concert. Ever. For real. It was perfect! The perfect length, the perfect choice of songs, the perfect order! Uggghhghgghh I don't even have words!!
Name - Vampire Academy
Year - 2014 Director - Mark Waters Starring - Zoey Deutch, Lucy Fry and Danila Kozlovsky Time - 104 min. My rating - Artistically: 6/10 Storyline: 8/10 Plot - Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir, half human-half vampire, a guardian of the Moroi, peaceful, mortal vampires living discreetly within our world. Her calling is to protect the Moroi from bloodthirsty, immortal Vampires, the Strigoi. (This IMDb plot-thingy does not do the movie right but I'm too lazy to do my own so it will have to do) Review - This is a movie that I watched mostly because: 1. B fantasymovies is the best genre ever. 2. I read the bookseries a couple of years ago and loved it! 3. I have a thing for vampires. This movie was absolutely not a letdown! In fact, it may have been the best book-to-movie-adaption i've seen in a long time! The actors were as spot on as they could possibly get and they didn't leave anything out that I missed! I can't really figure anything out that I didn't like! Except the poster. The poster might be the ugliest one i've ever seen, and the slogan has nothing with the film to do. But if you like B fantasy films and books, this series is one of my strongest tips! Name - Grand Budapest Hotel
Year - 2014 Director - Wes Andersson Starring - Jude Law, F. Murray Abraham, Ralph Fiennes, Tony Revolori Time - 100 min. My rating - Artistically: 8,5/10 Storyline: 7/10 Plot - The adventures of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars, and Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted friend. Review - Artistically this is a masterpiece! As usually, Wes Anderssons eye of directive is impeccable, the scenery is gorgeous, it's very symmetrical and beautiful. There is an ongoing theme that makes you feel almost like you're in a painting. Story wise it wasn't as impressive. It was a little dull at times, but it was absolutely not bad! The actors lifted the movie sky high, Ralph worked the comic element really well and Tony (Who had one of his first big roles in this movie) was amazing! I really advice you to see it! Hola!
As the title says, I'm slowly getting back on track! My sister is out of hospital and I'm starting to feel a little better. So I'll probably show up a little more often now! I thought I'd might tell you a little about the job I had, even though I can't tell you everything (secrets, secrets). It's a youthseries for SVT (Swedish television) where some from my class were "cast" as standins. So last wednesday we went to Gothenburg for out first day of shooting and it was really fun! I don't know how much I'm aloud to say, but I think I will post the episodes here just for fun! Anyways, I hope I will be more active hear later on, but I can't make any promises! But until then, bye my pretties! Okay, so my no-show will be even more no-showy the closest time, because of the following reasons!
So yeah, there's a lot going on and this is just vaguely explained. But I hope you understand that my blogging-motivation isn't very high... Hello there strangers! Since I am the worst blogger there ever was at this moment, I'll just pop in with a couple of songtips, since my description says that there will be music, so maybe it should be!
I'm on my phone so I cant link any videos or so, but they're all on Spotify and worth the struggle! Just gonna leave a picture of Jamie Campbell Bower cuz he is the most beautiful man who walks in a pair of shoes
Hello there!
I'm very sorry about not writing in like a billion years, but there has happened a lot of things lately that hasn't really put me in the mood... The thing is that I've been suffering from depression for the last couple of months. I've not been diagnosed with clinical depression (probably because I haven't spoken to anyone about it) but I've been feeling shit! There are loads of thing involved and since I doubt anyone wants to read about my silly problems, I'm just going to leave it at that! Hopefully things will get solved soon, and then you won't get rid of me easily! But for now I'll just eat chocolate, hide under my covers and watch behind-the-scenes-material from The Hobbit! I really love writing. Especially fantasy stories and I'm writing on three of four separate "books" at the moment but I can't seem to finish any of them. I have really detailed storylines and I'm really excited to get to the end and see the result, but it's soooooooo boring coming up with these insignificant things between the big things. And every time I get bored with one project I start with a new one. *Slow clap for that* But there is a playlist on Youtube that is really awesome that really inspires me to go on! I thought I'd share it with you, it's great for studying, writing or anything that you can't seem to get done! It's a fanmade piece inspired by The Hunger Games made by "Unofficialscore" on youtube. It's such an epic score and you feel really badass doing anything while listening to this!
I'm browsing though and signing up to pages where you can apply for jobs as an actress or an extra. Well if you can pay for it.
Every single time that I sign on to something where they say "Apply for thousands of jobs!" I expect to be able to actually apply to the jobs! And one of the reasons that I apply for jobs I the fact that I need money, so I can't afford to pay for applying for something that I might not get anyways and even if I get it, I don't want to pay for getting payed! Now some people are probably thinking some thing like "You have to really go in for it!" but I can tell you that I think that moving away from home at the age of sixteen without any boarder additional is going in for it. And I want to get a job so I can contribute to my living to and I shouldn't have to pay for that! I'm sorry if I'm overreacting, but after the 2581745937251:th page with an "apply for X kr (swedish krona)" functions, you get kinda pissed. Her
Year: 2013 Director: Spike Jonze IMDB rating: 8,3/10 Starring: Jaquin Phoenix, Amy Adams and Scarlett Johansson Time: 126 min/2h 6min Plot: A lonely writer develops an unlikely relationship with his newly purchased operating system that's designed to meet his every need. Opinions: Much like for The Book Thief I wasn't that captured by the plot. It was a really original plot, and it certainly wasn't a regular feel-good romantic kind of movie, and I enjoyed that! But at times it was sort os slow and slow romantic movies isn't really my cup of tea. Once again I was more captured by the scenery and wardrobe. The staff has done a terrific job getting the whole futuristic thing going without it looking tacky or overdone. They brought back some of the fashion from before which i thought was very clever since fashion repeats itself, but with new quirks. The interior had also some 70-80's vibe going on with the colors. Brilliant! My rating: Plot - 7,6/10 Art - 8,7/10 The Book Thief
Year: 2013 Director: Brian Percival IMDB Rating: 7,7/10 Starring: Geoffery Rush, Emily Watson and Sophie Nélisse Time: 131 min/ 2h 11 min Plot: While subjected to the horrors of World War II Germany, young Liesel finds solace by stealing books and sharing them with others. In the basement of her home, a Jewish refugee is being sheltered by her adoptive parents. Opinions: I'm really weak for WW2 movies, but this one didn't really satisfy me. I'm not saying that it's a bad movie , absolutely not! But I had expected more from it. There were a lot of things that were quite predictable, I had expected more surprises and plot twists. Even though I wasn't impressed by the plot, the scenery, costume design and photography was done very well! As a piece of art it was beautiful! (Yes, I consider movies artworks) My rating: Plot-6/10 "Art"-7,8/10 |
